We normally provides two-year warranty for any of our products, during the warranty, buyer won't pay any air courier charge when he /she receives any damaged parts due to quality problems, Horti-MASTER will afford all charges from the parts with quality problems:

  1. When it comes to a quality problem, we will send replacement to buyer within 2-3 days after receipt of clear photos of problem of products by mail to info@mastergrowled.com, but client is required to send back defected parts to us by economic courrier service (like postal service) after we send new replacement, if buyer won't send back defected parts to us, the warranty of product will automatically quit immediately.
  2. Customer may also can send us email at info@mastergrowled.com, you will receive our immediate reply within 1 hour only, if you leave your phone number , our engineer will send you mail or call you directly by speaking good English once there is an urgent request.
  3. We also provide 24hrs online service if you add Skype: rgb.industries
  4. If customer needs any parts from us for urgent maintenance purpose, we will send parts within 2 working days, but it only refers to free services under warranty; Other problems caused by abnormal operating, natural disasters, are out of scope of service.
